Q: My online store disappeared

A: If you have a paid store, your subscription runs from month to month. If an amount is due, it will hide your store. This is necessary to protect consumers from merchants that drop their stores for one reason or another. It does not auto deduct fees from your account. You will have to log in to your account and submit fees.

ALL DATA, PICS, ITEMS AND PRODUCTS WILL SHOW UP WHEN YOU RE-ACTIVATE YOUR STORE, IT IS ALL SAVED ON THE SERVER.
